In his youth, Frank was an Eagle Scout and carried those ideals into his college years. When he came to Texas A&M he was a member of the Ross Volunteers, a Battalion Commander, the Student Senate, Senior Court, Phi Eta Sigma, and Alpha Zeta. Additionally, in 1952 for the Sons of the American Revolution Awards, he presented with Quartermaster. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry. He was a member of the Class of 1952.
When he left Texas A&M he was commissioned into the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant. Later he became a Rancher and Vice President of Cooper Communities, Inc. Frank also was a Real Estate Broker and Land Developer.
He is survived by his two sons Jeff and Tracy Morris. He is also survived by his three grandchildren Jesse, Callye, and Seth.
