Charles Clinton (Clint) Murphy
June 07, 1939 - October 7th, 2021

Charles was born on June 07, 1939 and passed away on October 7th, 2021. 

He was a student at Texas A&M University and Clint was the President of the Class of ’61 freshman, sophomore and junior classes. He was the leader of several campus organizations, a cadet unit commander, a distinguished military graduate, a member of the American Universities Who’s Who, and National President of the Intercollegiate Flying Association, etc. He received his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and was a member of the Class of 1961.

He married the summer after his sophomore year to Linda Daugherty, the 1958 Miss Texas. She is one of the Vanity Fair Sweethearts in the ’61 yearbook. They were married for over 62 years and had four children.

Clint was a USAF fighter pilot with a distinguished combat record and flew 117 Combat missions over North Vietnam.

He was the Owner, President, and Real Estate Developer for Charles C. Murphy & Associates, Inc. Charles spent the last 25 years buying, developing, leasing, managing, and selling commercial retail/warehouse/office real estate in the Colorado mountain resort ski areas.

Besides his wife and family, his first love was flying, which he had been doing since he was 15. Aircraft sales was a sidebar hobby for him. 

He is survived by wife Linda, as well as his two sons and two daughters.
