Jarred Seth Carter
July 7, 1984 - August 28, 2021

Beloved husband, patient and playful daddy, avid outdoorsman, and faithful servant are a few things to describe Jarred.

Jarred Seth Carter was born on July 7, 1984 in Lubbock, Texas to John and Vicki Carter. He was raised in the Dallas area along with his younger brother, David. After graduating from Grace Prep in 2003, he went on to graduate from Texas A&M in 2008 and earned a degree in Construction Science. After graduating, he began his career at Hensel Phelps Construction and then moved on to work for Polk Mechanical.

In the summer of 2003 he met the love of his life, Lindsey Crowe. They married in 2008 and welcomed their first child in 2012. Over the next few years their family grew welcoming three more beautiful children. Jarred took pride in leading, protecting, and loving his children Audrey Noelle (9 years), Haley Elyse (7 years), Savannah Alexis (5 years), and Rhett Mason (4 years) unconditionally.

Jarred was a devoted christian who knew how important God’s word would be in his children’s life. Just six weeks ago he and his wife Lindsey had the honor of baptizing their oldest Audrey. If Jarred wasn’t dating his wife or spending time with Lindsey and the kids, you would find him hunting or fishing, while also expanding his trophy collection of exotic animals.

Jarred met his Heavenly Father face to face on August 28, 2021 at 6:38pm surrounded by loved ones. He is preceded in death by his father John Carter. Jarred is survived by his wife Lindsey Carter, children Audrey, Haley, Savannah, and Rhett Carter, his mother Vicki Carter and brother David Carter.

In lieu of flowers we have a Venmo account set up for Lindsey and the children. This account will help with medical, funeral, and personal expenses and possibly even some to put towards the children's college funds. This will immensely bless them while they walk out these next few months without Jarred.

If you feel led to give but do not have access to venmo we have set up a PO Box for her
