Earl Clifford Butler IV
January 21, 1978 - August 23, 2021

Earl Butler IV, born January 21, 1978 in Pasadena, TX passed away August 23, 2021. Earl was a very proud Butler man, who loved his family’s history and affiliation to the signing the Declaration of Independence. Earl was a very smart man who could always Engineer himself out of any situation and he “just knew” how to do things. Earl’s educational journey was a challenging one with several hiccups along the way. He first studied at ITT where he obtained his Associates of Applied Sciences, Lone Star College and obtained an Associates of Science, University of Houston where he was working on his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and the school closed during his Senior Year. But Earl did not give up! Earl worked with his good friend and classmate Larry Jackson to come up with a plan and they both soon transferred to Lamar University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology. But Earl’s thirst for education was not yet done. He received an application to attend his dream school Texas A&M and to become a Texas Fighting Aggie. Earl was selected to become a student of an elite program and graduated in May 2021 with his Master’s Degree in Industrial Distribution with Honors. Earl loved going to family gatherings, barbecuing, attending friend’s events and just spending time with people that meant the most to him.

Earl was preceded in death by his grandparents Earl Clifford Butler Jr and Camille Butler and John Ramsey and Eugenia Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Butler, children Ethan Butler and Cameron Eisterhold '22, his parents Earl Clifford Butler III and Marilyn Butler, brother John Michael Butler and Michele Butler and many other families and loved ones.

A visitation with the family will be Wednesday September 1, 2021, a service of celebration will be at 5:00pm. Concluding services for Earl will be laid to rest at Grand View Memorial Park on Thursday September 2, 2021 at 10:00am. Reception to follow at Archives Lodge 2918 San Augustine Pasadena, TX 77501.

Earl will be sorely missed but remains in our hearts forever.
