Raymond Douglas Freeman was born on September 14, 1941 and passed away on December 27, 2020 and is under the care of Neptune Society.
Ray was a student at Texas A&M University and was a member of the Corps of Cadets, he was on the MSC Council. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and was a member of the Class of 1964.
Ray was the Owner and President of Ray D. Freeman, PC. He was a resident of Houston, Texas at the time of passing.
