William was a student at Texas A&M and was a member of the Class of 1959. He worked towards a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a member of the Corps of Cadets in A-Engineers and as a senior was assigned to C-Composite.
He was a resident of Temecula, CA at the time of passing.
