SEPTEMBER 8, 1943 – FEBRUARY 14, 2021
Richard Scott Van Pelt, age 77, of Sugar Land, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Richard was born September 8, 1943.
Richard was a student at Texas A&M University and was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and was a member of the Class of 1965.
He was previously employed by McClelland Engineers and was a Vice President with Vacuum Tanks, Inc..
He is survived by wife Nancy and his children, a son and daughter Deborah '89.
