Joe Wesley Kerley
January 16, 1944 - February 6, 2021

Joe Kerley passed away February 6, 2021. Visitation will be 12 noon to 2 PM Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Paschal Funeral Home in Kerens, Texas with funeral service to begin at 2 PM. Mr. Jimmy Glenn will officiate.

What a wonderful life we are here to celebrate. Joe Wesley Kerley was born here in Kerens, on January 16, 1944 to Weldon and Masile Kerley- His sister Anne was ready to love her little brother.

Joe grew up in Kerens TX with a wonderful group of high school buddies, in which some buddies had fun times with Joe being a BEATLE in a talent show, being a member of the concert band where Joe played the clarinet.

Then off to Navarro Jr. College, in Corsicana, where he was a member of the Vaqueros. Then studied at Texas A&M his Senior year. In the summers, Joe would work at Gold Lake Ranch in Colorado. There he met Sandra Dudley his future wife of 52 wonderful years of marriage.

He is survived by his wife Sandra, two sons Jim and Jeff Kerley, two grandchildren Ashley and James Kerley, his great grandson Nash Wesley Kerley, and his nieces and nephews.

The Lord called him home on Saturday February 6, 2021. Those of us who were touched by Joe's love, humor, honesty, and integrity will always be blessed.
