Dulcie Diane Brand
September 24, 1955 - March 7, 2021
Dulcie Brand, a loving and caring sister, aunt, and great-aunt joined her parents, Harry and Adell; sisters, Natalie and Patricia; and brother, James in Heaven on March 7, 2021.
A small graveside service is planned for family and close friends at Greenwood Memorial Park on Saturday, May 22, 2021.
A Celebration of her life is planned for late-September in Los Angeles, where she lived and worked for the past three decades. Those interested in attending are encouraged to contact Owen Murray at owenmurray@yahoo.com <mailto:owenmurray@yahoo.com>.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please consider gifts to Share our Strength, Inc., a charity whose mission is to fight hunger and poverty.
Dulcie was born and raised in Fort Worth. She was valedictorian of her class at Castleberry High School. She attended Texas A&M and was a devoted Aggie. She studied law at George Washington University and enjoyed a successful career practicing law at Jones Day and Pillsbury Winthrop.
Survivors: Nephews, Lawrence Murray, Owen Murray and wife, Suzanne Murray, and James Brand and wife, Clara Brand; great-nephew and great-niece, Ian Murray and Adell Murray (Owen's children).

Dulcie graduated with the Class of 1977 and received a degree in Political Science.
She was an attorney and partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
She was a resident of Sugar Land, TX at the time of passing.
