Robert "Bob" Earl Wright, Jr.
October, 1947 - November 12, 2020

Bob graduated from Texas A&M and received both his BS Nuclear Engineering '69 and his MS Nuclear Engineering '71. He was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the Aggie Band. After he left A&M he was a Captain in the US Army from 1969 to 1980.

Bob married Fara Lee in 1972 and they were married until his passing in 2020.

He was a Nuclear Engineer at Mare Island Naval Shipyard from 1976 to 1996. Eventually becoming the Chief Test Engineer at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in 1993 until he left in 1996.

Bob then went to California State University Maritime Academy to become an Instructor. There he taught computer science and calculus from 2000 until 2008.

Bob is survived by wife Fara, as well as his two children Robert Wright and Rebecca Fullenberger
