July 04, 1953 - February 8, 2021
Douglas Franklin Ocker, age 67, passed away February 8, 2021, in the Dallas, Texas, area.
Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Doug attended Mary Carroll High School and later graduated from Texas A&M University in 1975. He married Sueanne in 1979 and they raised four children: Sean, Matthew, Dorotha '02 and Christopher '06.
Doug farmed cotton for decades, then practiced law for nearly twenty years, after earning a degree from South Texas College of Law in 2000. He enjoyed boating, hunting, and world travel. His brother, James, and his children, also survive him. So does Doug’s wife, Sueanne, their children, and Doug’s step children.
