James always thought the world needed more Aggies. Marilyn sadly passed away of cancer in January 2000. In 2001 James married Bettye McBurney bringing another stepsister into the family. Bettye was an artist and the two enjoyed their retirement until Bettye sadly passed away of cancer in November 2016.
