Casandra Lee (Davis) Rodriguez

**The funeral home is limited to 100 people or less and everyone must wear a facial covering.**

Casandra Lee Rodriguez was a caring mother, sister, daughter, and friend. She left the world suddenly on November 27, 2020.

She was born to Billy and Hyo Tan Davis on December 28, 1976, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Though she was born in Oklahoma, she was a true Texan moving to Texas prior to her first birthday.

Sticking to her Texas routes, she went to Texas A&M for her undergraduate degree. Being an Aggie was a constant joy for Casandra. Nonetheless, she was equally proud of her MBA from the University of Houston. This world class education certainly helped Casandra in forging an impressive career, but her work ethic, empathy, and professionalism were the real drivers of her success. At the time of her death, she served as Senior Director of Support at Quorum Software.

In addition to Casandra’s successful career, she was a dedicated mom and community leader. Serving several years on the boards of youth sports leagues including First Colony Little League and Fort Bend Youth Football League. And of course, she was team mom multiple years. For the last 6 years, Casandra had a passion serving on various committees at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Most recently, she was a captain in the Souvenir Program Committee.

A devoted Christian, Casandra was a member of New Hope Church where she regularly attended with her father, Billy, and her daughter, Evelyn. Casandra had a large set of friends all of whom knew they could depend on her.

Casandra is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Lee Rodriguez; son, Trace Anthony Rodriguez; mother, Hyo Tan Knebel; father, Billy Keith Davis; brothers Galen Kim Davis and Aaron Keith Davis; stepfather Michael David Knebel; and ex-husband John Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, December 3, 2020 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
