Otis "Pat" Higgs, 95, of Groves, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Pat was born November 20, 1925.
Pat was a member of the Corps of Cadets (C Infantry) while at Texas A&M University. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was a part of the Class of 1947. After graduating he went on to work for Chevron. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran.
He was a resident of Jefferson County for 70 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Martha.
Survivors include his daughters, Jani Landry and husband Gary of Denver, CO, Kathi Rhodes and husband Tom of DeRidder, LA, and Milli Myers '88 and husband Mark '87 of The Woodlands; son, Patrick Higgs '76 and wife Marilyn of The Woodlands; nine grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
