September 10, 1943 ~ July 19, 2020 (age 76)
Native Texan was a badge Bob Coltrin wore proudly. If you knew him for more than five minutes, you knew that he was from Texas, and you knew he was a proud Texas Aggie. Other monikers he wore with pride were husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, sportsman, and businessman.
Born September 10, 1943, in Saint Joseph's Hospital in Houston, Texas, to parents Robert B. Coltrin and Mary Lucy (McGrath) Coltrin. After the death of his father when Bob was 2 years old, his mother married Col. William Lloyd Humphrey, step-father, who was an immense part of Bob's life.
An "army brat," Bob was raised around the world. He graduated from Bishop DJ O'Connell High School in Arlington, Virginia in 1961. Then, following in his father's footsteps, he attended Texas A&M University and is a proud member of the TAMU Class of 1965.
On July 17, 1971, Bob married the love of his life, Glenda Yelverton, in Magee, Mississippi. Bob and Glenda built their life and business in Houston for 30 years before returning to his beloved Aggieland (College Station) in 2003, where he lived until his death.
Bob's professional career was spent in the flooring business. Upon graduating from college, he joined a carpet manufacturer as a sales rep in Iowa. As he learned the carpet business, he decided to take a shot at starting his own business and became a partner and president of Miller's Brothers Floors, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Before retiring, Bob was a divisional manager at Mohawk Industries. At every stage of his career, he was a consistent high performer and his reputation lived on well beyond his retirement.

Wife Glenda Y. Coltrin of College Station, TX; daughter Christine M. Coltrin (husband Brad Oldham) of Dallas, TX; son Robert H. Coltrin (wife Jen Coltrin) of Atlanta, GA; sister Macrina C. Kern (husband Dr. Thomas Kern) of Richmond, VA; brother William L. Humphrey, Jr of Alpharetta, GA; brother Michael R. Humphrey of Monticello, FL; brother Theodore H. Humphrey (wife Gail Humphrey) of Port St. Lucia, FL; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

• Golf
• Aggie football
• Loving on family, friends, and his dog Mocha.
