James Ellis Lowe
October 7, 1940 - January 17, 2018
James Ellis Lowe, 77, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018. There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery with Masonic Honors.
Jim was a retired Major in the United States Army. He served three tours in Vietnam, and one tour with Dessert Shield/Dessert Storm. He was also a member Past Master of the Waco Masonic Lodge #92, and involved with Karem Shriners.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, wife, Carol, of 33 years; brothers Mike and Ellis; sisters Sherrill and Mickey Sue; son Jimmy; daughter Linda and her husband Ronnie Honey; and grandsons Christopher and Billie Honey.
Memorials may be made to Fuzzy Friends Rescue at PO Box 20966, Waco, Texas 76702 or Alaska Raptor Center at 1000 Raptor Way, Sitka, AK 99835.
