William George Johnson, Jr.
William was 65 when he died in Houston in 1993.
He was born February 21st 1927, the son of William George and Gussie Mae Johnson, in Houston, TX. He was known as Bill or Billy George to his friends.
William was in the Corps at Texas A&M University. William left Texas A&M to join the service in WWII around 1942.
He was survived by his wife, Beatrice, and three sons, Glen Johnson '78, Larry Johnson, who attended A&M for 2 years, and Bruce Johnson.
