He received a masters degree in higher education from Texas A&M University in 1995.
He was born May 8, 1940 in Pontiac, Michigan.
He was a chemistry professor for most of his life and worked for the Texas Engineering Extension Service at the fireman’s training field in College Station where he educated fire fighters about the chemistry of the hazardous materials they would be dealing with.
