Marc Frederick Dastugue

February 03, 2020

Marc Frederick Dastugue was born in New Orleans, LA on August 20, 1965. He passed away on February 3, 2020 in Spring, TX. Marc was a loving son to Marcel and Patricia Dastugue, and a loving brother to Michael Dastugue and Betsy Wendler. He will always be remembered as “Uncle Marc” to Kyle, Meghan and Katie Wendler and Jack, Ethan and Caroline Dastugue. He was a loving brother-in-law to Allen Wendler and Cheryl Dastugue. Marc was 54 years old. His New Orleans roots instilled a love of good food and fun. Marc loved nothing better than Cajun seafood, crawfish boils and a group of great friends to share it with. If there was a way to add a sporting event in, then Marc was all the happier. Growing up Marc enjoyed playing sports, especially football. Marc was a member of the Class of 1988 at Texas A&M University, graduating with an Industrial Distribution degree. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Marc embraced the Aggie spirit and traditions and enjoyed attending all of the A&M sporting events. After college, he worked for Shell Oil and Core-Mark. In addition to his love of people, Marc loved animals, especially dogs. There will be a committal service for family on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:30 at Klein Memorial Park/Spring-Klein with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Houston SPCA http://www.houstonspca.org/give/
