Ted Wallace Gullette
November 5, 1929 - February 25, 2020

Tulsa - Services for Ted Wallace Gullette will be held Saturday, Feb 29 - 10:00 AM at Moore Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include: Ken Gullette, Larry Gullette, Dave Gullette, Christopher Gullette, Jeff Fite, and Jason Hook.

Ted Gullette was the only son of Claude Gullette and Rose Barrett Gullette, born November 5, 1929, in Ft. Worth, Texas and passed from this life on February 25th, 2020, after reaching the age of 90 years.

He graduated from San Jacinto High School in Houston in 1947 and attended Texas A&M where he graduated in 1952 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He then served two years in the Air Force and was stationed one year each in Albuquerque, NM and Japan. He went to work for Amoco Production Company in January of 1955 and married Lois Rita Bucek Gullette on April 24, 1955. They moved to Tulsa in 1965 where he was very active playing golf, tennis and bowling. He retired in December, 1984 from Amoco as an IT manager after 30 years of service. During his retirement he enjoyed walking at the mall with friends, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife Lois Gullette; his mother, Rose Barrett Gullette; and his father, Claude Gullette.

He is survived by one daughter, Karen Fite of Tahlequah; three sons, Ken Gullette and wife Mary of Houston, Larry Gullette of Tulsa, and Dave Gullette of Houston; two grandchildren, Nikki Jeffries and husband Steve of Kentucky, and Christopher Gullette of Houston, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
