Lesly Michelle McKenzie
March 1, 1974 - November 9, 2019

Lesly Michelle McKenzie, 45, of Arlington, Texas, entered into eternal life on November 9, 2019. Our Beloved, Lesly is now rejoicing in the arms of Jesus.
Lesly was born in Hurst, Texas on March 1, 1974, the daughter of Mike and Mary Fickle.
Pantego Christian Academy was a special love of hers. She attended 1st through 9th grade at PCA then 10th-12th at Arlington High School. She worked many years as a counselor at camp Thurman under the camp name Jade. She graduated from Texas A&M University in Chemistry and Biology.
Laura and Lesly were as close as two sisters could be. They shared secrets, dreams and too many laughs to count. They cheered each other on always.
Her children, Peyton & Aiden, meant everything to her and she fiercely loved them. A gifted writer, her words were always filled with hope, scripture, and love. Her laughter came from her soul and she touched many lives.
Her life was full of kids’ activities, church, friends, and family and loved ones. She will not be forgotten, only missed.
Lesly is survived by: Her Father and Mother, Mike and Mary Fickle of Tool, Texas; Her daughter, Peyton McKenzie 14 and her son, Aiden McKenzie 10 of Arlington, Texas; Her Sister, Laura Fickle Shannon and husband, Paul Shannon of Arlington, Texas; Nephews Jacob Shannon and his wife, Ashten, Caleb Shannon, and Luke Shannon all of Arlington, Texas; Her Grandmother, Jean Fickle of Bridgeport, Texas; Her Aunts/Uncles, Fred and Vera Beheler of Norman, Arkansas, Bill and Teresa Winterringer of Austin, Texas, and Carla Fickle of Bridgeport, Texas.
We will meet her again – Someday in Heaven.
