JULIUS E. KOPIT On Saturday evening, January 28, 2012 Julius E. Kopit of Rockville, MD. Beloved partner for over 30 years to Marilyn Task; devoted and loving father of Barbara Kopit, Richard (Debra) Kopit, Barry (Lisa) Kopit, and Neil (Holly) Kopit; adored grandfather of Sam Kopit, Nathan and Erin Kopit, Nathaniel, Madison, and Marissa Cannon; dear brother of Leo Kopit; Julius was predeceased by his ex-wife Ruth Bortnick Kopit Sheeskin and his brother Harry Kopit.A funeral service will be held Today, Monday, January 30, 1 p.m. at The Judean Memorial Chapel 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, MD. Interment to follow at Judean Memorial Gardens. The family will receive Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the residence of Neil and Holly Kopit.
