Ifechukwude "Chude" Valentine Okwuwa
JANUARY 22, 1994 – SEPTEMBER 9, 2019

Ifechukwude Valentine Okwuwa was born on January 22nd 1994 in Lagos, Nigeria to Thomas Chukwunwike Okwuwa (Late) and Mrs. Edith Okwuwa. Chu-Chu, or Ah-Chu-boy as he was fondly called, spent his first 9 years in Nigeria before coming to America in the summer of 2003.

A graduate of Travis High School, he went on to Texas A&M university as a Terry Foundation Scholar and he graduated in 2016 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He went on to start his professional career at Enterprise Products, an Oil and Gas company in Houston.

Chude, was a brilliant scholar, possessor of an inveterate smile (God, that smile), the best of brothers, the funniest of uncles and the best of friends to all who knew him. Chude was a young man who loved life and tried to live life to the fullest. In his brief sojourn on earth, he touched so many lives who are now for the better for having known him. His life and legacy lives on in the lives of his friends and family.

Chude is survived by his mother, Mrs. Edith Okwuwa, his siblings, Ngozi, IK, Ify, Jindu and Isioma. And also, his grandfather, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He will be dearly missed.
