David Paul Van Delist died on June 28, 2016 at his home in San Antonio, TX. He was Scoutmaster of Troop 307 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church for over 10 years where he influenced the lives of countless young men and notably guided 25 Scouts to attain the honor of Eagle Scout. He was Vice President of Galbraith Engineering for over 35 years. Preceded in death by parents, C.H. and Marie Van Delist.

David is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ann K. Osborn Van Delist; 4 sons, Brian (Jaime), Sean (Rhea), Christopher (Georgeann), Nicholas (Nancy); 7 grandchildren, Dylan, Ann Marie, Cypress, Alexis, David, Patrick and Roberto; his loyal dog, Doc; many loved nieces and nephews; sisters, Judy Heady (Tom), Virginia Van Delist, and Terry Bray (Clifton).
