Sandra Ann (Kotara) Eubank died June 16, 2019. Sandra was born in San Antonio, Texas, December 3, 1957, to Benjamin and RoseMary (Lyssy) Kotara. She graduated from Sinton High School in 1976 and attended Sam Houston State University and Texas A&M University where she received her B.B.A. in Accounting in 1980.

Sandra was a dedicated employee for Conoco Exploration in Corpus Christi, Texas, Teco Pipeline, which became Pacific Gas and Electric, and finally CPS Energy where she ultimately retired.

Sandra married Lindsey Neil Eubank on October 3, 1981. She was a devoted wife and mother to her three children, Kristin Eubank of Austin, Texas, Amanda Eubank (grandson Axton) of The Woodlands, Texas, and Ryan Eubank of Austin, Texas. They also raised a nephew, Justus Eubank (wife Lauren and great-niece Campbell) of Austin, Texas.

Sandra’s greatest joy came from the love of her family, being outdoors, hunting and fishing, and spending time at the family farm. Sandra’s warm heart, fun-loving spirit, and contagious smile allowed her to become a special friend to everyone who knew her.

Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, RoseMary Kotara. Surviving Sandra is her beloved husband of over 37 years, Lindsey Eubank of Poth, Texas, her father, Benjamin Kotara of Poth, Texas, and her sisters, Martha Janousek of Houston, Texas, and Lanell Kolb (Roy) of Flatonia, Texas. Also surviving are her nieces and nephews: Amy (Clint) Gardner, Kevin (Whitney) Kolb, and Michael and Megan Janousek. She has 8 great-nieces.

Visitation began at 6:00 P.M. Friday, followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 21, 2019, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Poth, Texas. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Poth, Texas. Interment followed at Blessed Sacrament Cemetery in Poth. Serving as pallbearers were Michael Janousek, Megan Janousek, Kevin Kolb, Amy Gardner, Harry Hardman, and Leroy Seidel.

The family requests memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
