John W. Pennycook

Born: October 9, 1947
Died: September 13, 2003
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Our loving father, Lt. Col John W. Pennycook, USAR Ret passed away at the age of 55 on Saturday, September 13, 2003.

John received his PH.D from Texas A & M University and worked for GlaxoSmithKline close to 15 years. Mr. Pennycook was proud of his Scottish Heritage, and was an active member of the Oak Hills Church of Christ.

John?'s three girls were his reason for living. He also loved nature and all types of music, especially the Texas A & M Aggie Band.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Pennycook is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Cochran and husband J.D., Leslie Pennycook, and Diana Pennycook; sisters, Mary Kruger, Anne Ferguson and Pat Martin; grandson, Zachary A. Cochran; also Carole Pennycook, and Donna Dixon; numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
