George Teague Dugan Jr., 56, of Texarkana, Ark., died Monday, June 10, 2019, at his home. Mr. Dugan was born June 5, 1963, in Texarkana, Texas. He was a veterinary tech. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Macy and Gaston Rudd of Homer, La. No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Friday at West Shores Restaurant, Garland City, Ark.
