Stephen Craig Blanton, born December 30, 1963 passed away May 31, 2019 in Dallas. Craig grew up in Dallas, TX where he attended Lutheran High School. He went on to Texas A&M in College Station and earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. His specialty was computer technology. After college Craig moved to Austin where he started his career and family. He married Angela Clark in April of 1994 and had a daughter in October of 1996. Craig soon moved to Dallas to continue his career in computers. Craig is survived by his daughter Kayla Madeleine Blanton of Pflugerville, TX; parents Dr. Don Edward Blanton and Kathleen of Dallas; brothers Preston Keith Blanton of Dallas and Miles Lawrence Blanton and his wife Kathie Ann of Frisco; nephews Brady Jaydon Blanton and Beau Alexander Blanton of Frisco; Uncle David Felt and Aunt Sharon and their two children Jason Ryan Felt and his two children and Nicole Ann Elam and husband Geoffrey and their two children of Houston . A memorial service will be held at The Reserve of North Dallas from 10:00 to 12:00 on August 3, 2019. The address for the service is 12271 Coit Road, Dallas, TX 75251 The service will be informal so please feel free to come and go as time permits.
