Roy Dubitzky
Roy H. Dubitzky passed away on April 24, 2018 in Littleton, Colorado, surrounded by his loving family. He was 90. He was a geologist, for Chevron and then for himself, and spent his career exploring the American West. He was a self-made man, a devoted husband and father, a loyal friend, a cheat at dominoes and the backbone of his family. He lived a big life. Roy is survived by his wife Dorothy, whom he met in Midland and married in Denton, Texas in 1950; his sister, Audrey; his children, Dan, Mary and Jane; four grandchildren, Matt, Nick, David and Pat; and two great grandchildren, Luca and Jett. A service will be held at Vi at Highlands Ranch at 2850 Classic Dr. on Sunday April 29 at 2 pm.
