Rhys Joel Ridout
NOVEMBER 12, 1940 – FEBRUARY 18, 2019
Joel was born on November 12, 1940 and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 18, 2019.
He graduatedTexas A& M class of 1962. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army. Joel later had a career in metal tubing sales.
He spent most of his time loving his wife and taking care of his family , playing golf, reading history, and cheering for his beloved Texas Aggies. Everyone he ever knew would say that he was the "Nicest Guy".
He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Faye Ridout, father: Lemuel Howard Ridout Jr., mother: Leona Ridout, brother: Lemuel Howard Ridout III, sister: Sondra Morley and nephew: Mike Morley.
Joel is survived by son Marc Ridout and wife Amanda. Grandchildren: Alec Whitsell, Jason Whitsell, Emma Ridout, nephew: Rob Morley, niece: Monique Morley Jones and host of grand nieces and nephews.
A Committal Service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 10am at DFW National Cemetery.
