February 27, 1978 - September 6, 2018

Memorial services for Roy Clayton, 40, of Borden County will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Gail with Pastor Randy Hardman officiating and Danny Williams assisting. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home. Roy passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018. He was born February 27, 1978 in Lubbock, Texas to Scott and Inez Clayton. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's in Management Information Systems. He married Jazmin Clayton July 31st, 2013 in Houston, Texas. He was a rancher in Borden County. He was an avid reader and a licensed pilot. But most of all, he loved spending time with his children and his 4-legged kids. He was a member of the Methodist Church for many years. Roy is survived by his wife, Jazmin Clayton of Borden County; parents, Scott and Inez Clayton of Borden County; children, Alex Clayton of Keller, Ricky Dommar of Borden County, Mitchell Clayton of Keller, Andrea Dommar of Borden County, and Ben Clayton of Keller; sister-in-law, Pity Gomez; and Sara Spence, mother of his children. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joe and Freda Clayton; maternal grandparents, Leona Nichols and Leo Nichols.
