LELA MAE CLANCY, left this life on July 21, 2005 at 91 years of age. What an inspiration to her family. As the perfect example of someone that believed "...it was never too late...", Ms. Clancy received her degree from A & M with the Class of 1990 at the age of 75! How great is that?!?
Survivors include her loving daughter, Betty Mims and husband Acie; her 3 grandchildren, Howard Mims, Suzanne Ivey and husband Mark and Beverly Mims; her 3 great-grandchildren, Leah, Lizzy and Zach Ivy; and a host of loving friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday, July 25, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Forest Park Lawndale.
