JANUARY 3, 1995 – AUGUST 26, 2018
A Celebration of Life Brandon Thomas Freeman was born January 3, 1995, in Sugar Land, TX. He passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the age of 23. Brandon was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin High School where he was the Junior Class President and as a Senior he was elected as the President of Student Council. He received a college scholarship from CenterPoint Energy and attended Blinn College in Bryan, Texas where he was on the Honor Society for both years. Brandon graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX on May 13, 2017 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Agriculture Economics. He was a member of the Texas A&M Agricultural Economics Society, Texas A&M Environmental Issues Committee and Texas A&M PB&J Project which raised money to combat child hunger in Kenya. He also participated annually in the Big Event in College Station which completed community service projects around the College Station/Bryan area. Brandon was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Center in College Station and St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugar Land, Texas. Brandon recently accepted a position in Houston, TX at Comerica Bank as a Personal Banker. Brandon was preceded in death by his grandmother Ursula Therese Freeman and grandfather Thomas Francis Taylor. He is survived by his loving parents, Perry Lee and Rita Taylor Freeman; beloved sister Kristin Taylor Freeman; grandparents, Delores Ann Taylor and Ernest Lee Freeman; aunts and uncles, Judith Marie Serrano (Larry), Cathy Ann Taylor-Crites (Bill), Amy Lynn Pacheco (Jim), Ben Francis Taylor (Julie), Michael Leon Freeman (Lori); Kevin John Freeman (Cheryl); sixteen cousins, great aunts and uncles; other family and friends. A visitation and Rosary will be held September 4, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be held September 5, 2018 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at ST. THERESA CATHOLIC CHURCH, 705 St. Theresa Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77498. The committal service will follow immediately from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at DAVIS-GREENLAWN CEMETERY, 3900 B. F. Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to a Charity of Your Choice or to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, 705 St. Theresa Blvd. Sugar Land, TX 77498, 281-494-1156, where Brandon volunteered in the food pantry and making up school supplies for those in need.
