Beverly Anne Klatt Wood
MAY 17, 1942 – JULY 31, 2018

Beverly Anne Klatt Wood, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 31 at her home in Bryan.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 3 at Brazos Valley Church of Christ, 625 Graham Road, College Station, Texas 77845. Family will receive friends from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.

Beverly was born May 17, 1942 in Temple the daughter of J C and Atheline (Leonard) Brummett. Getting an education was very important to Beverly; she earned her PhD from Texas A&M University. She taught for many years including bible classes, elementary school and classes in college. Beverly retired from Blinn College as a teacher’s mentor. She enjoyed traveling around the world.

Above all Beverly loved the Lord and served Him and His church with all her heart and strength. She wanted everyone to join her in devotion to Him. Beverly will be missed here on earth.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; and husbands, Fred Klatt (passed away 1995) and Fenton Wood (passed away 2017).

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Katherine Anne and Sam Dooley, Kimberly Anne and James Chancellor; son, Shane Klatt Arnold; and numerous beloved grandchildren.
