Beloved father, husband, stepdad, grandpa, and pastor died April 14, 2018, 10 years to the day after the passing of his first wife, Sarah Williams Dungan. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Dungan; his son, Rev. John Dungan (Jennifer Jesse); his daughter,
Deborah Dangay; his grandchildren, Alex, Julian, and Gabrielle Dangay; his former son-in-law, Richard Dangay; and his brother, David Dungan and his family. Also grieving this loss are stepchildren Del Gendron (Cheryl); Carla Gendron (Peter Roche); and Christina
Quinby (Bret ); and step grandchildren, Dan (Samantha), Amanda, Amelia, and Margo. Rev. Dr. Dungan began his life of ministry in Texas. He served as a missionary teacher in the Congo, as Pastor at First Christian Church, Ottawa, KS, and as Pastor-Developer
of Blue Valley Christian Church in Overland Park, KS. He also served as Interim Pastor at numerous churches in the Midwest and in the D.C. metropolitan area. A celebration of Hal's life will be held on April 29, 2018, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's United Methodist
