Glenn David Martin
March 14, 1959 - June 27, 2018
Glenn David Martin of McKinney, Texas passed away on June 27, 2018 at the age of 59. He was born on March 14, 1959 to Ronald E. and Elizabeth Anne (Polley) Martin in Fort Meade, Maryland. Glenn attended Greenville High school and graduated in 1977. He later attended Texas A&M University and graduated with the class of 1982 with a double major in math and electrical engineering. After graduating he went to work with Electro Space, which would later become Raytheon. Glenn retired in 2016 after a long and successful career.
He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Elizabeth Martin of McKinney, Texas; a special friend of thirty years, Julia Martin of New York; sister, Stephanie Todd and husband, Vince of Gladewater, Texas; seven nieces and nephews, Kaleigh Talbott and husband, Chase, Jara Wallace and wife, Bridget, Daniel Martin and wife, Audrey, Paige Todd, Georgia Wallace, Conor Wallace, and Emma Wallace; and many other loving family members and friends.
Glenn was preceded in death by his brother, Gregory Martin.
A memorial service will be held at The Village of Stonebridge Chapel, 3300 S Stonebridge Drive, McKinney, TX 75070.
