SCHRAM, Albert Julius "Al" Albert Julius "Al" Schram, 95, died Sunday, June 24, 2018, at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, KS. Graveside services were held Friday, June 29, at Restland Cemetery, Dallas, Texas, with Darrell Grice, retired associate pastor of Heights Baptist Church of Richardson, TX, conducting the service. Al was born October 30, 1922 in Tabor, TX to Edward Schram and Matilda Plagens Schram. He graduated from Texas A&M in 1943 and served in the Army Signal Corps before pursuing a career in electrical engineering. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Laverne Schram and daughter, Norma Cheryl Schram. He is survived by daughter Nancy (Steve) Hodges of Overland Park, KS, sister Alma Norvell of Dallas, TX, and brother Milton Schram of San Antonio, TX along with 4 grandchildren, Rechelle (Aaron) Ross, JoAnn, Cody and Molly Hodges, and 3 nephews, Larry Whatley, Ronnie (Berny) Schram, and Charlie Schram.
