Stephen Louis Zuberbueler
July 16, 1961 - May 19, 2018
Stephen Louis Zuberbueler, 56, passed away May 19, 2018, in San Angelo, Texas. He was born July 16, 1961 in Del Rio, Texas.
Upon graduation from Texas A&M University in 1983, Stephen began working for the USDA Soil Conservation Service. Throughout the years, Stephen enjoyed working with and for area ranchers in several counties, including Hansford, Lampassas, Brewster, Crockett, and most recently as District Conservationist in Irion, Upton, and Reagan Counties.
He was preceded in death by his son, Travis Michael Zuberbueler, father, John U. Zuberbueler, and mother, Betty Kelly Zuberbueler.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in his home parish in Big Lake, Texas, at Saint Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church on May 22, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the parish hall.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Saint Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church, 107 East 1st Street, Big Lake, Texas, 76932.
