Jerry Partridge
October 04, 1941 - April 07, 2018
Jerry Lynn Partridge, born October 4, 1941, passed from this life surrounded by his family on April 7, 2018.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lena Partridge, and his siblings, John, Jim and Phyllis Partridge.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Sutton Partridge, their three children, Jennifer Partridge Liebl, Amy Partridge and Jeff Partridge, his grandchildren, Hayden, Payton and Davis Liebl, and his sister, Lena Fields.
Jerry and Glenda enjoyed 53 years of marriage, traveling the country with the U.S. Air Force, where Jerry served for 21 years, achieved the rank of Lt. Colonel, flew B-52s in Vietnam, and commanded the squadron that welcomed the B1 Bomber. He later worked in the private sector for Boeing, NASA and the Super Collider, before retiring to teach classes in Project Management at UT Dallas. He was a proud Texas Aggie, a devoted student of the Bible, and a loving husband and father. He was a man of honor who walked closely with God and was admired and deeply loved.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 16, at Western Heights Church of Christ in Sherman with Mitch Wiggains officiating.
