Mark Teel born December 15, 1956, he attended A&M from 1975-1979 while there he was a Ross volunteer and a scholastic officer of the corps from 1977-1979. He talked foundly about his memories of attending the football games and Aggie bonefire. He graduated
in 1979 with a civil engineering degree that lead him into a long successful career in oil and gas. In 1992 he earned a Master in Petroleum engineering from UofH. He worked for Schlumberger for 20 years becoming the Director of North American training for
Next. Although he was very dedicated to his work his real joy came from spending time with his family. He was married for 31 years and had 3 children who he loved to take camping and attend their swim meets where he would cheer and officiate. During his later
life he enjoyed hunting deer, traveling the world for his work, and spending time with his wife at their house in Austin Tx. Mark Teel passed away at the age of 60 on November 29th 2017, he is survived by his wife, Toni Teel as well as his kids, Keith Teel
who runs and coaches his own swim team, Kynndal Teel who is a senior at University of Houston, and Kennedy Teel who is a freshman at the University of Texas. Mark's children were the pride and joy of his life. The legacy of Mark's kind spirit, passion for
work, love of family, and zest for life will live on through them. Mark will be remembered as always having a smile on his face and a joke on his lips
