Erik Allen Bodholt
October 30, 1969 - January 31, 2018

Erik Allen Bodholt passed away on January 31st at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in College Station from a sudden heart attack. A memorial service to celebrate Erik's life will be 1:00 PM, Sunday, February 4th at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.

Erik was born 48 years ago in Montana and raised in New Hampshire, Oklahoma, London, England and Texas. He attended Texas A&M and developed a computer company before joining the City of College Station as a micro computer specialist. He became the network chief security officer and analyst. Erik then moved to the COCS electrical utility department as lead SCADA analyst.

He was preceded in death by his brother Poul Bodholt.

Erik is survived by his wife Mandi Bodholt and her children Tucker Earl, Ty Mason and Maddi Lee Luedecke; he is also survived by his parents Fred and Diane Bodholt in Missoula, Montana and Mandi's parents Karen and Greg Thompson of College Station. Erik was a father figure to Chris Ballentine and a mentor to Sam DeStefano.

Erik was devoted to his family and enjoyed entertaining his friends and extended family especially during football weekends. We will always be looking up and love him very much.
