Stacey Michael Stagg
June 3, 1976 ~ February 6, 2018 (age 41)

Stacey Michael Stagg, 41, beloved and loving husband, father and son, left this life on earth to join his Lord and Savior on February 6, 2018. Stacey was born in Houston, Texas on June 3, 1976 and lived in Alvin, Texas until he graduated from Alvin High School and moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University from which he graduated. Stacey proudly wore his Class of ’98 Aggie Ring. In 1999 while working at Best Buy Stacey met the love of his life and they married in 2000.

Stacey was passionate about Aggie football, Texans football, Astros baseball, Chelsea FC, College Station Youth Soccer, geocaching and Living Waters International Missions. He went on two mission trips to Nicaragua, one with his oldest son Andrew. Stacey also loved camping with family and friends. Stacey served as the President of College Station Soccer Club for the last six years. Stacey was a dedicated employee of AT&T for 12 years.

Stacey is survived by his wife of 18 years, Charly Boyd Stagg, and their children, Andrew, Ryan, Grace and Lucas, all of College Station. He is additionally survived by parents Charles and Linda Stagg, and grandmother Mable Kiser, of Alvin, Texas, brother Clay Stagg and wife, Ginger of Pearland, Texas and cousin Michele Clayton and Husband David of Hockley, Texas. Survivors also include in-laws Jack and Nancy Boyd, Bob Beals and Polly Trant and many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, co-workers and friends.

A celebration of Stacey’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Christ United Methodist Church, 4201 Hwy 6, College Station, Texas with a visitation preceding the service at 2:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Living Waters Mission or other missions at Christ United Methodist Church.
