William Wilshire(1932 - 2018)
William Wilshire FORT WORTH -- William Raymond Wilshire, 85, passed away peacefully Monday, January 1, 2018. FUNERAL SERVICE: 10 am Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Stadium Drive Baptist Church, 4717 Stadium Dr, Fort Worth, 76133. Interment to follow at Crowley Cemetery in Crowley. Visitation: 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at Baumgardner Funeral Home in Fort Worth. William was born in Fort Worth on March 3, 1932, to William Vernon and Mearl Estell Hewitt Wilshire. He graduated with a Masters from Texas A&M University in 1954 and married Patricia Anne Hicks in 1956. Bill retired from Lockheed Martin after almost 40 years. He was an active member of Stadium Drive Baptist Church for 62 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Patricia Anne. SURVIVORS: Sons, Ray and wife, Amanda, Tom and wife, Tina; daughter, Joy and husband, Ray Leftwich; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
