Carson Grant Wrinkle

Carson Grant Wrinkle, 22, of Tiki Island, TX passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017. He was born May 10, 1995 to David Wrinkle and Emily Chidester Wrinkle in Houston, TX. Carson was the third child of four boys; older brothers Dalton and Wyatt and younger brother Clayton. Carson was a lifelong resident of Clear Lake, Texas. He attended North Point Elementary, Brookwood Elementary, Space Center Intermediate, Lutheran South Academy, and Clear Lake High School. Carson was a senior at Texas A&M University at Galveston studying Maritime Studies. Carson played many youth sports in the Clear Lake area including baseball, football, soccer, and tennis. Carson was a friend to all he encountered, always ready to supply his infectious smile and a joke. Carson loved fishing, beach days, watching Aggie football and spending time with his longtime girlfriend Meghan Arizabaleta. Carson loved watching and attending games for the Houston Astros, Rockets and Texans.
Carson is survived by his parents David and Emily Wrinkle and his brothers, Dalton Wrinkle and his girlfriend Joanne Landrito, Wyatt and his wife Allison Wrinkle and their daughter Lila, and Clayton Wrinkle; grandparents, Fred and Georgann Wrinkle; grandmother, Dalila Wiley; uncles and aunts, Doug and Lori Wrinkle, Julie and Scott Pappan, Susanne and Tim Donovan, Steven and Iliana Wrinkle, George Chidester, Rhonda Chidester, Brenda and Jim Palmer, Gordon and Becky Chidester, Tami Chidester, and Eddie Chidester; cousins Natalie and Adam Ring and their daughter Madalyn, Scott Wrinkle, Trevor Wrinkle, Zachary Wrinkle, Joseph Kasbaum, Marie Kasbaum, Elizabeth Kasbaum, Mary Katherine Donovan, Lauren Donovan, Caroline Donovan, Michael Donovan, Manolo Wrinkle, Elena Wrinkle, Megan Kirkpatrick, Brandon and Megan Chidester and their children Caroline and Charlotte, Ryan Chidester, Conner Chidester, Kate Chidester, and Mady Chidester.
Carson will be missed by his loving family, friends, and longtime girlfriend Meghan Arizabaleta.
Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546 (281) 992-7200.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church, 16335 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77062 with Dr. Mike Deaton officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carson’s name to Clear Lake United Methodist Church Grief Fund at www.clearlakemethodist.org/giving or Mothers Against Drunk Driving at www.madd.org.
