Irvin "Bill" Birnbaum, age 89, formally of San Antonio, died on Tuesday, September 2, 2008. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen.

He is survived by his three girls, Celeste, Susie, Lindy and her husband, Bobby; grandchildren, Jeffrey and his wife, Darlene, Craig, Jonathan, Ryan and his wife, Shannon and Stacey; great-grandson, Dylan; Bill's baby sister, Betty and her husband, Howard; and numerous adored nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 4th at Agudas Achim Memorial Gardens, 1727 Austin, Hwy., San Antonio, TX.

Rabbi Leonardo Bitron and Cantor Hazzan Lipton to officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P. O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265.
