John B. Glover
February 10, 1935 - November 17, 2017
John B. Glover, 82, of Wichita Falls, died on Friday, November 17, 2017.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at Sacred Heart Cemetery with Father Jeffrey Poirot officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home.
A son of the late Dorothy (McDowell) and George H. Glover, John was born February 10, 1935, in Bryan, Texas. He was a proud Aggie and member of Ross Volunteers. He and Barbara Dodge were married on October 31, 1959, in Memphis, Tennessee. John served his country in Army Reserves. He was a structural engineer.
Along with his parents, John was also preceded in death by his daughter, Karen McClosky in 2000.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Glover of Wichita Falls; son, Andy Glover of Houston; sister, Lisa Blakely and husband, Robbie of Hereford, TX; brothers, George Glover and wife LouAnn of Tyler, TX; and Tim Glover of Lubbock; grandchildren, Megan Lueck and husband, Ron; Kyle Glover and Kevin McClosky; step-grandchildren, Vicki, Joey and Justin Murdock; and two great-grandchildren.
