Michael Joseph O'Rosky Michael J. O'Rosky of San Diego, Calif., lost his battle with Lymphoma and died June 8, 2017, with his family at his bedside. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Kilgore. Burial will follow at Kilgore Memorial Gardens. The Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, at Christ the King Catholic Church, followed by visitation with the family. Michael Joseph O'Rosky was born on August 16, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio, the fourth of five children of Sandra and Emil L. (Ski) O'Rosky. The family eventually moved to Wallis, Texas, outside of Houston where Mike graduated from Brazos Consolidated High School in Wallis. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M before continuing on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. He later joined a team of attorneys at The Men's Legal Center, a local San Diego Family Law Firm. Mike spent seven years as a football coach for Torrey Pines Pop Warner. He spent the past five years as a rugby coach for the nationally ranked San Diego Mustangs. His survivors include his three children, daughter Hannah O'Rosky and sons Mason O'Rosky and Cole O'Rosky; step-mother, Paula O'Rosky; four siblings, Matthew O'Rosky, Mark O'Rosky, Martin O'Rosky and Marissa Fekete; step-sisters, Christina Combs and Marion Hurn; an aunt and uncle, Al and Mary Grush of Kilgore, and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
