BEVERLY ANN WILSON BOUCHER

Beverly Ann Wilson Boucher died peacefully in Plano, Texas on April 4, 2015 at the age of 74. Beverly was born to Tony and Mary Ethel Wilson in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 8, 1940. She grew up the youngest of two daughters in a loving, Christian home. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Education. Later, she received a Master of Education Degree from Texas A&M University.

She married Donald Manning Boucher on August 25, 1961. Beverly was very proud that she and Don were the first married couple in the Peace Corps and she was able to continue her missionary voyage. She enjoyed traveling and was able to join her love of travel and education over the years. Beverly was an educator at heart using her knowledge and generosity as a Peace Corps volunteer and taught at the secondary school level, university level, and especially enjoyed teaching for Texas A&M in Japan.

Beverly was a giving, kind, and soft spoken person. She loved serving the Lord. When living in Plano, she was an active member of Custer Road Methodist Church. She loved her Sunday school class and they visited her frequently after she moved to her Brookdale assisted living facility. Beverly is survived by her husband, Don; her sister, Donna; her son, Tony; her granddaughters, Jillian and Elena and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Beverly's earthly body was cremated on April 19, 2015 and her ashes will be scattered in the future.
