Harry D. Abelow
Born: February 1, 1929
Died: May 26, 2017
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Harry Abelow passed away on May 26,2017 in San Antonio Texas. He was born in Fort Brown, Texas to Samson and Sadie Abelow. After serving in World War II, he attended and graduated from Texas A&M University. In 1961 he opened A&A Insurance Agency. When he wasn't working, Harry devoted his time to his family, unless the Aggies, Cowboys or Spurs were playing. Harry is preceeded in death by his best friends; sons Mark and Brian. Harry is survived by his devoted and loving wife Sharon who cherished the 54 years of marriage they had together. Also surviving are daughter-in-law, Robyn Abelow; daughter Cheryl Cooper; son, Michael Abelow; grandchildren, Stephanie Overton, Destiny Tofel, Allison Abelow, Austin Abelow, Julia Abelow Samantha Abelow and Maya Abelow. His caring and generous spirit will comfort all who knew & loved him.
