HARLEY ALLAN "ALLAN" HANSEN
Harley Allan Hansen was born to Harley E. and Virginia M. Hansen on October 21, 1942 in Kirkland, WA.

Allan passed away at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, April 14, 2011.

He retired from Boeing after 38 years. He loved to fish, hunt, take long drives, and spend time with his grandchildren.

Allan is survived by his wife Jogie Hansen, his children Amy and Mark Jonas, Molly and Keith Knutsen, and Ken Hansen, and his companion Kerra Irwin; his grandchildren: Shelby, Katy, Cameron, Adam and Craig; his mother, Virginia Hansen; brother Bob (Marlene) Hansen; sister Crys (Keith) Sullivan; and his niece and nephews.

Allan's ashes will be spread at Buck Lake near Winthrop, where his father and best friend were laid to rest.

Our family would like to thank Dr. Carl Berliner, Dr. George Gjerset and the staff at Skagit Cancer Care for their caring and kindness over the years.

Memorial donations may be made to McLean Road Fire Department at 15452 Beavermarsh Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.

There will be a Celebration of his Life on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at the family home from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
